Larry F. Brown, PhD
Dr. Brown earned his doctorate in clinical psychology from the University of Tennessee in 1986. He works with adolescents and adults, especially young adults. He has a special interest in personality styles, and difficulties in living associated with troublesome personality traits. His practice is split between individual psychotherapy and psychological evaluations of various types. He is also a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Clinical Psychology program at the University of Tennessee.

Vance Sherwood, PhD
Dr. Sherwood has been in private practice since 1986. He ran a nationally known residential program for adolescents for nine years. He has written numerous articles and has authored three books, two with the late Charles Cohen on Borderline Personality Disorder, and another on treating out of control adolescents. He has spoken at conferences from coast to coast and consulted with residential programs across the southeast. His work has been used in training programs in the United States and as far away as Australia and London.

Carla McCall, LCSW, BCD
Carla McCall, LCSW, BCD is a board certified licensed clinical social worker. Before entering full time private practice 15 years ago, she worked at an adolescent residential treatment center, first as a family therapist and later as the clinical director of one of the program’s units. Ms. McCall has been a paid consultant to programs from Chicago to North Carolina and has spoken at conferences in North Carolina and Tennessee. She works with all age groups. Specialties include, but are not limited to, couples therapy and eating disorders.
